Kostverse ("we", "us") operates personal automation and notification services for the sole proprietor and authorized family members. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with our SMS messaging service.

We do not sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties. Message delivery is handled through Twilio's messaging platform, subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.
Message logs are retained for operational purposes and may be deleted at the account owner's discretion. No long-term archival of message content is performed beyond what is necessary for service operation.
Recipients are enrolled only when the account owner manually adds their phone number to the approved list. Upon enrollment, recipients receive a welcome message confirming their subscription. You can manage your SMS preferences on our SMS Consent page.
Recipients may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, visiting our SMS Consent page, or contacting us directly to be removed from the messaging list.
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect the information we handle, including encrypted communications and access controls limited to the account owner.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
